We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Product Team and help us develop the next big thing. It starts Immediately or by arrangement. It is an exciting role in an impactful team where you are part of strategic decision-making and take responsibility from day one.

We are usually in the office three days a week and two days working from home. Additionally, working from other places can be possible depending on the tasks and mutual agreement.
The role
We are looking for a Product Owner to plan and manage the development of our mobile apps, user-facing web tools, API, and backend services. You should be a team player with a keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and experience in agile product development. We are a startup; hence you will get a chance to be involved in everything we do.
Responsibilities

Serve as the voice of clients and users.

Plan, prioritize, and manage product development and product feature backlog.

Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value aligned with product strategy.

Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure team members clearly understand them.

Evaluate and propose improvements to the current product development process to deliver features at constant velocity.

Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.

Run scrum processes.

Solve product-related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analyses to stay on track toward business deliverable commitments

Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals.

Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.

Develop a customer-request framework to support the business development team in pre-sales.

Represent the team in front of stakeholders, clients, or users.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Three or more years of experience in agile product development.

Practical knowledge of agile development processes.

Overall understanding of cloud-based services and mobile applications.

Understanding of business value related to features and functions.

Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to influence.

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.

Attention to detail.

Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience in one or more of the following: Scrum, Jira, design thinking, mobile app development, blockchain, NFC.
